2. I am a regular user of lekhini for my comminication. However, I have no way writing in telugu locally. I mean, when I am away from internet.

   Can the lekhini (or someother software) can be downloaded and installed locally? That would enable me to write it in telugu locally. Is it possible to download lekhini locally?

5. To use Lekhini offline, you can save it to local hard disc. Go to “File” Menu. Then choose “Save page as…”. Then, in the “Save as type” box, choose “Webpage, complete”. That’s all.

7. Hey, this is very cool

   i need this stuff….but i would greatly appreciate if u can help me out with the copying of the telugu script to word or any where else so that i can use that in a different location

8. Ebenezer,

   First you need to enable support for complex script languages in XP (see steps 1 to 3 here). Then, make sure you are using latest version of Microsoft Office Word.

   That’s it. You can now copy text from Lekhini to Word.

    in home or in office i am unable to use it.

14. Iam able to convert english to telugu for only two and half lines.
    From the third line translation to Telugu is not coming at all. Please help.
    Otherwise its a great site and very helpful.

    మొదటి 300 అక్షరాల వరకు వెనువెంటనే తెలుగులోకి మారుతాయి. ఆపై, పదం పూర్తిగా టైపుచేసిన తర్వాతే తెలుగులోకి మారుతుంది.

    మీరు టైపు చెయ్యాలనుకున్నది మొత్తం టైపు చేసిన తర్వాత Tab మీట నొక్కితే, మొత్తం తెలుగులోకి మారుతుంది.

    లేఖిని నుండి పాఠ్యాన్ని కాపీ చేసి వర్డులో అతికించవచ్చు. అయితే, అది మీకు డబ్బాలుగా కనబడే అవకాశం ఉంది. మీ కంప్యూటర్లో సంక్లిష్ట లిపులకి తోడ్పాటుని చేతనం చేసుకోవాలి. అదెలాగో ఇక్కడి మూడు సోపానాలలో చూడండి.

I am using presently Telugu Lipi Editor of Sirigina Srinavas and typing what my father had written and named it as “Akshamala – Vedaanta Sabdaarda Ratnamala” The total number of manuscript books (foolscap size) are 60 covering about 5090 pages. I have already typed about 30 books. A website by name Akshamala.org has been started by my son staying in LA. Pages typed are to be saved and each book in given a name. Can I use lekhini.org for my job ? If so please tell me complete proceedure Thanks
