Irrespective of their purposes and intents, the ultimate effect of both Anti-virus and Virus is the same:

• They both consume system resources.
• They both slow down your computer.
• They get themselves updated regularly, costing lot of bandwidth.

One thing is for sure of Windows users: their computer is either infected by virus or affected by anti-virus.

I’ve made a Firefox’s market share meter (feed from Asbjorn’s Firefox Statistics). It’s SVG: Really scalable! You can use it to display as a button on your web page, too (to know how to use, view the source of that page).

Yeah, I like minimal UI. I removed (by customizing the toolbars and editing userChrome.css) all the buttons and menus I never use (I mostly use keyboard shortcuts). The back botton is there to show me status of whether I can go back in the selected tab.

This way I get the maximum space for the content of websites I visit.
